The ELECTROBOARD Training Academy

The ELECTROBOARD Training Academy offers Accredited training that is recognised by the Victorian Institute of Teaching and NSW Education Training. All ELECTROBOARD Training Academy trainers are fully qualified teachers with real classroom experience. All courses are designed to meet curriculum standards and integrate within a pedagogical framework.

Video Conferencing courses for the teacher will be offered soon along with Video Conferencing courses for the Content Provider.

Training over Video Conferencing

Connect with other schools and discuss Video Conferencing ideas and stories. A Victorian ELECTROBOARD trainer will run a 1 hr training session over VC once a month where you can get fantastic ideas to support the use of Video Conferencing in the classroom.

SMART Bugs VC Training

SMART Board User Groups (BUGS) are a great chance for teachers to learn new skills and network with other schools in the region using SMART equipment. In Term 4 2011, we will introduce Video Conferencing User Groups held at the SMART BUG host school. Here you will receive face-to-face training and support in front of a Video Conferencing Unit.

SMART BUGs are held every term and focus on quality professional development and supporting teachers to successfully integrate these technologies into the classroom, showcasing the latest technology. SMART BUGs are free events and anyone is welcome to attend. Click here for SMART BUGs in your area.
